We’re looking for someone with: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (essential) 5-10 years’ experience in fruit processing or FMCG food manufacturing (fruit juice, dairy, chocolate, oils, beer, ciders, wine) A strong grasp of hygiene, health & safety as a culture—not just compliance Familiarity with centrifuge engineering, thermal evaporation, fruit grading, and lab testing A mindset for growth, change, and continuous improvement Excellent people leadership competence You’ll need to be comfortable scaling operations, leading teams, and learning alongside a passionate workforce.
