| Description: | Not your typical “Head of Regional Sales” roles. These roles are for individuals who know how to take a strategy and make it land — in the real world, through people, systems, and relentless execution. Your experience and leadership skills may come from any of these industries: – FMCG / route-to-market / field sales – Telecoms/Mobile/ISP or any volume-driven, conversion-focused commercial environment – Retail (multi-site, high footfall environments) – Financial services / high-performance contact centres / agency force models – Hospitality The key being that you’ve run regions, clusters or multiple sites — and know how to turn underperformance into momentum — we want to hear from you. What you’ll step into You’ll take ownership for a region and: Drive commercial performance end-to-end — revenue, conversion, yield and growth Translate strategy into clear, executable plans that actually stick Build and lead a layered sales structure (Area Managers, Sales Managers) Create a culture of accountability, coaching and performance discipline Identify opportunities in-market and act fast on data and insight This is a hands-on leadership role — part strategist, part coach, part operator. Your edge You’re likely someone who: Has led multiple teams across locations, not just one site Knows how to improve conversion, productivity and retention simultaneously Is commercially sharp — you understand numbers, margins, trends and what drives performance Builds leaders — not just teams Thrives in environments where pace, energy and accountability matter Why this opportunity stands out This isn’t about pushing product. It’s about: Creating real customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth Building a high-performance regional culture Being part of a business driven by wellness, community and transformation The bottom line If you’ve ever said: “If I had the right structure, the right people and the freedom to execute – I’d transform sales in this business…” This is that role. Minimum requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification as a minimum requirement, 7-10 years sales management and leadership experience within a multi-site environment.
