My client is building out their Group Centre of Excellence capability and is seeking a Group Remuneration & Benefits Manager to partner closely with the Group People Executive in shaping a fit-for-purpose, future-ready Total Rewards environment across a complex, multi-business landscape.

Reporting to the Managing Executive, the Supply Chain Executive will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management for the Perishables business structure. You will ensure the efficient and timely movement of materials, goods, and services to support the manufacturing process and meet customer demands.

This role supports a manufacturing environment across multiple sites and locations, partners with operational leadership to drive performance, ensuring compliance, and delivery of effective people solutions aligned to business needs. You are commercially astute, operationally grounded and hands-on, a strong influencer with credibility in unionised environments and able to demonstrate resilient and you are solutions-focused.
