| Description: | This role supports a manufacturing environment across multiple sites and locations, partners with executives and operational leadership to drive performance, ensuring compliance, and delivery of effective people solutions aligned to business needs. You are commercially astute, operationally grounded and hands-on, a strong influencer with credibility in unionised environments and able to demonstrate resilient and you are solutions focused. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: – Partnering with operational leadership in a factory/production environment to support workforce planning, productivity and organisational effectiveness. – Leading and developing the HR team, building capability and ensuring consistent delivery across sites. – Managing HR budgets and people-related cost drivers, ensuring alignment with financial controls and operational performance. – Supporting talent management, employee engagement and a high-performance culture across the operation. – Leading industrial relations and compliance, including disciplinary processes, grievances, CCMA representation and wage negotiations. Essentially, we need an experienced Human Resource leader to partner with our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will come with a good 5-8 years as HRBP and a Human Resources or Organisational Psychology Degree. You must have experience within a foods or non-foods manufacturing / production environment but must have experience with Unions, Wage Negotiations and have served multiple manufacturing sites. You must be willing and freely able to travel between the Western Cape and Gauteng for up to 5 days a month.
